Super friendly and helpful staff. Efficient check-in even at 2am. On-time and nice airport pickup. Good value for money. Pleasant and professional staff. Decent breakfast selection. It is set on a quiet side street. The location was GREAT, with Four Tomatoes nearby, where we could eat. We could easily park onsite. Room met expectation.

During my Xmas stay, I enjoyed the comfortable and clean rooms, which had basic amenities such as TV and fridge. The hotel staff were friendly and always happy to help, offering assistance with getting cabs and laundry services. The hotel's key location made it easy to walk to nearby shops and attractions, and there was an affordable internet café across the street.
The breakfast offered at the hotel was limited to bread, eggs and sausages, and could have benefited from more variety. The hot water supply in the hotel was not consistent, which could make for an uncomfortable shower experience.

I had a fantastic stay! The hotel was extremely clean and had excellent facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a great buffet with a variety of Burmese and continental options. The hotel's location was also very convenient, being in a nice neighborhood and close to everything worth doing in this city.

The hotel is located in a busy area with several shops and restaurants nearby making it convenient to access everything worth doing. the roads are under construction, causing muddy and uneven streets. the staff is generally helpful and genuinely cheerful. the bathroom is clean and basic as stated by other guests.
The view from the room is not pleasant, a meter away from a concrete wall.

The room was spacious and clean, with a separate shower and sink. The location was very central, with a popular pub and convenience store just around the corner. The staff was incredibly kind and professional.
The view from the windows wasn't great, as one side faced the next building and the rear overlooked a dirty alley.
